I think you've got to get the environment right, first of all, then the right culture, coaches, players ,extra's...
right attitudes, senior players, I know for a fact, can all of a sudden, feel as if they can carry the team, solo, always ,results in error..ie..J Marshall, spenmcer,mauger,mccaw.... ....RWC level... |

I actually come from Europe and DO WATCH FOOTBALL (that right football not soccer) and let me tell u something ENGLAND isn't even top 5........... sure as hell never were a top team in Europe (THEY NEVER WON EURO IN-FACT).
WHERE WERE they in euro this year???? Oh that right they couldn't even qualify for group stage............ I do see your point about them been the best in Europe ........... best chokers that is ......... |

stats....people do care about stats thats why all blacks are always favourties going into world cup tournaments cos they put their bodies on the line all the time....winning most of their games where other countries are so use to losing ...
remember how the aussies beat the boks 49 - 0 in 2006?? now imagine if the all blacks got beatn like that!! lol i think henry and co would have stepped down... lol
but the all blacks are expected to in every test match - because its history shows we are a winning nation - but not so lucky at world cups..lol |

| Aussie's have the highest ratio per wins via RWC finals, of the 3 times ,they've made it to the finals,they've held the cup twice,however, the S.A's, have visited the finals twice, and have come up trumps,the English, have made it to the finals, 3 times also, resulting with the title once, with the A.B'S a distance 4th, with 2 visits in the finals, with the coveted title once, only France have made it to the finals twice without results, I think personally for me, these stats alone, stand out more, then all the A.B's win's , within 20 yrs, since the first RWC, not only that, S.A's, also come up trumps with a colored leader, in Mandela, which beats us all, politically,now you figure that out..uso!!!! |

since africa came back to international rugby in 1992 theyve only won 9 tests against the all blacks... all blacks have beaten them 25 times and drew once....
so yeah even if south africa were at the 1987 world cup they would have been blown away cos this time round nz would have had their coloured players playing!! hehe |

| All Blacks will never win the WC if we do not put our own house in order. We have just only played two games and the media coverage nothing but prasing the team's performance in every angle. We do this every year. The last WC every one's expectation that we would bring the cup back and so like wise in many other WC cups before. To win the world cup players must concentrate on performance on the field but leave the marketing of the game to those responsible. for example Ellis the half back pledge for public to come to the game on saturday, Tialata talking about England to prove on the field etc. Public support automatically through performance. For the Public and the medias give the players opportunity to perform, do'nt raise them up to the sky when winning and accused when lost a game. Our problem is we do'nt except defeat. Remember they are human and of course they do make mistakes but only through our encouragement and support can raise their morale and of course improve their performance. To me that is the only that we win the WC. |

THE RUGBY WORLD CUP!!
YES ILL ADMIT NEW ZEALAND WOULD BE THE BIGGEST FAILERS IN RUGBY WORLD CUP HISTORY..... AND BELIEVE ME ITS A REAL SHAME TO SAY, HOWEVER THE WORLD CUP DOESNT SHOW DOMIANCE! | if you take a look back in the days, chum ,if it wasn't for S.Africans,we wouldn't have a RWC, for they was the 4th driving force, with the french, aussies and kiwi's, to push for a RWC, in the first place,its a pity about the apartheit period, for they so much wanted to partisapate, wasn't untill 95', they let loose, and for many S.African's, they reckon if they was there from the get go.. who knows?? |

I'm talking purely about you stating that the whole world see it as being not a true world cup in 87 because South Africa wasn't there. I know they know the All Blacks for the Haka and Lomu and I realize they know South Africa as the World Cup winners but how does this show that the world believes the 87 world cup was not a real one? There's no doubt that South Africa were a real force prior to their exclusion but to say they were the dominant force in world rugby then is just not backed up by statistics or facts.
One point you do make that I agree with is that if the AB's don't win the world cup in 2011 then many will believe they will never win it. |
