You can't really make a "guarantee" based on speculation of a hypothetical event that can NEVER take place. I've never heard so much shyte crammed into one paragraph.

| technically AB's really havn't won a world cup,the first rugby world cup didn't have the bok's, who, in those day's, were a better rugby power than AB's..would have been different if they participated, i guarantee, the results would have been differnt?? |

Dear Mrs. Deans
There is absolutely no need for you to adopt a fictituous moniker and to post up your disappointment at your husband being overlooked for the job as Head Coach of the All Blacks. The NZRU if they got anything right was that the majority in the country decided we should change tact and retain as is the case. So despite what your opinon may be on the matter the reality is none of this was a snub but more the will of the majority. A decision has been made and we are all moving on. I hope for your sake that you will too as I am sure your husband would rather focus on what is ahead instead of putting energy into what has already come to pass and cannot be changed. It's a long haul and will no doubt be punctuated with changing fortunes over the next four years so on that note I wish you and your husband a disastrous wallabies tenure in Australia and that our boys will shove it up Aussies jacksies in every game.

I grew up idolising the AB's watching every game, however i'm disolusioned at the way the NZRU treated Robbie and the rugby public over the whole job interview process. It's common knowledge that they were always going to reappoint Graham Henry in order to protect there own jobs. It lacks sincerety and makes the assumtion that we are all stupid.
Henry stated publicly that he wanted to be judged on the results of the world cup, then when the results were the worst in AB history he did a 180 degree after being told he was assured of retaining his job once they got through the facade of job interviews. On the way to world cup disaster he managed to remove the ABs from the super 14 ensuring that the franchises struggled financially. Prior to this the ABs had an excellent record under his coaching so I'm not sure why he needed to engage in such radical and untested methods. Henry had four years at the helm, surely long enough, he had his chance. Deans is in the prime of his coaching career and proved this again with another super 14 title. He is a huge loss to NZ rugby he's a former All Black and is still very fit and can actually get out on the park and coach and demonstrate what is required. He even played a game of club rugby this year in march.
He will take a huge amount of knowledge with him I wish him well and yes I will be cheering for the aussies against the AB's and I'm not alone in this. He deserves better than the treatment he got he's a humble and decent bloke. |

he won 42 out of 48 games...
that means the all blacks had more points than the opposition on 42 occasions...something other coaches can only dream of...
at least we know your passionate - try concentrating that energy to the positive side aye..:):):)

| WO BETIDE MOLLY WOPPY IF E'RE WE SEE YE AGAIN - Aussis winning three times AB's once out of 20 plus years that would be a bloody insult to our people and in front of a home partisan AB following number one sport - HENRY HAD BETTER PULL his finger out of his B..... R..... where it was obvious he had it when he took over the AB's after the debarcle in Great Britain and Australia. If your predictions are correct heaven help Henry and his team because he would be lodged in the Failure Hall of Fame as its number one candidate for coaching failure. |

I was one who was absolutely convinced last years All Blacks would lift the RWC and bring it home where it belongs. When I watched the replays leading up to the semi's it was obvious our boys were lacking the will to win at all costs - there was no stepping outside the game structure and absolutely winning by large margins where it was obvious we had the fire amo and the speed, and brains to add more points to our tally against the weaker teams in the tournament. THE KILLER INSTINCT WASN'T THERE
Then we began to have injury problems to our key players and their effectiveness was diminished to normal players and non of the up and coming future stalwarts stepped in to add there bits and pieces, so HENRY still relied on the sickies to carry the passengers who didn't want to stand out.
That semifinal was pathetic to watch because our top gun was sidelined, our number one forward was carrying an injury and his mates just left him to suffer in pain and carry on. This is typical of past AB Teams no one wants to take the extra responsibility these current ABs need a lesson in country committment not money committment - the old amateaur status was the best to watch as its players played for the countries glory
YOU ASK WILL THE AB's WIN THE NEXT RWC - not with the current coach and coaching management duplicating the previous teams winning record because the old saying you dont win till the old lady sings still exists today. |

| "HELL NO".Henry might have done some great things with the AB's,but he "FAILED" big time when he took scripts from tha last 3 previous rwc coach's manual.It was written so future coach's wouldn't fail.What Henry & Co have Failed to do ,is actually read it.What i dont understand, is that the man who put the AB's at the higest point of the Kauri tree,actually,cut the tree down himself.Does everyone remember how PATHETIC, Neemind Tialala and Sione lauaki were at the RWC last year.10,000% my Nan would have smacked them both over while making her Sunday scones.Why were they even back playing in this MAN's Competition.Straight up,I've seen more commitment from a Bigamist.So, We've got the coach an the players(like these 2 blousers)to lose it again.GO ROBBIE DEANS. |

A little bit more gleaned from overseas. So what's going on?
"Henry and his co-coaches went against all common sense in preparing the All Blacks for a tournament on which, by their own actions, their reputations rested.
"Over and above everything else, they manoeuvred their best players out of their best form. It is difficult to know how these men might have got it more wrong."
And concluding.... that Henry's reappointment was "a black moment for rugby union in this land" while the Sunday News called it a "Black day."
Figures in the Sunday News showed 21 of New Zealand's 26 rugby provinces favoured Deans, but the NZRU vote was 7-1 for Henry.

Interesting reading from an overseas sports website:
Writing in The Press newspaper, former NZRU chief executive David Moffett said it appeared his former employer was rewarding failure.
"They obviously did not take into account Henry's ultimate failure as Welsh coach, failure as The Lions coach and failure at the World Cup," Moffett commented.
"The union may be deluding itself with its attempt at rewriting history but the New Zealand rugby public is not so easily fooled." |

yeah i forget he only won 2titles from 3 finals with the blues....
forget he turned the welsh around when they conceded 96 points from south africa in 1998 ....when henry arrived he coached the same welsh tean to a 20 - 28 defeat to the same team!!! not enough??? he coached the welsh to 10 test wins in a row..something that was new to their lives!! lol they even won against giants france, england, south africa!! all in one year!! lol but not enough??
well he took the lions to aussie and lost the series 2 -1...losing the last test by 6 points in an entertaining series!!! 4 years later - woodward brought the lions to a 3 nil whitewash against the all blacks - coached by who?? oh yeah that dude HENRY!!! lol but not enough???
all blacks won 42 from 48 tests....funny cos i clearly remember drinking my beer happily 42 times...slept properly 42 times...ate my meals happily 42 times.....
hmmmmmmmm henry stuffing up??? nah -
only stuff up was john mitchell and deans ever wearing the nz all blacks blazer!!! lol |

| No they wont. Henry has never been able to revive or rebuild a team or sort one with problems just look at the Blues Wales and even the Lions who failed miserably with Henry at the helm, with him in charge we have no chance cos he doesnt think he did anything wrong. The man is both a fool and arrogant beyond belief. |
