The haka.....what a dance!
If you are opening a supermarket, closing a supermarket, having a baby, wedding, funeral, waiting for a body to go into a hear.se , playing an obscure sport ( eg rugby ), first day at school, welcoming royalty, welcoming anyone, saying goodbye to royalty, saying goodbye to anyone, visiting a graveyard, walking past the Royal Palace, or basically doing anything where someone near has a camera, then a haka won't be far away.
Some of the naive Kiwis think the world just loves this dance, but in reality, the vast majority look on with morbid curiosity at all those fat blubbery bodies, and think what an 'ugly bunch of fat stoneage savages'.
I live here, and that's what I think too! |

Haka? You mean "Can't win anything tribal dance".
It's a bit of a joke when you can't win anything, and the Boks keeping dominating you and winning all before them!
The haka is still a cool site to watch, but its ranked down there with the Fijians, Samoans and Tongans, all pretty worthless ranting and raving when all you do is lose.
