Hard to say, still a ways off. Player development is going well, will have a fair bit of depth. Will have a clearer picture by the end of next year, looking at players availble and strategy's being implemented at that time.

We lost to Australia in the semi's in '91 & '03, France in '99 and in the QF in '07. That's 2 each.

There's no chance we'll be hearing 'Viva La France' in 2K11, cos we're in the same pool.

Deja Vu in 2 years? Reply to this message
At this rate I am not convinced that we have learnt anything from the 1999, 2003, or 2007 Rugby World Cup losses. Normally I wouldn't care because it's a game, but this time I do because my tax payer dollars are involved.

I am not a rugby enthusiast of any description. Whilst it would be nice to lift the World Cup, my world will continue ticking over quite nicely even if we trudge out of Auckland in 2011 with chants of "Viva La France" ringing in our ears for the third time in four World Cups. It's not so big that half the sports section on Monday morning should be taken up by all I didn't care to know about 30 men abusing the hell out of an oval shaped bit of leather for 80 minutes.
