| Don't hold your breath the standards we require of the young journos coming through seems abysma. I know an editor who does not know the difference between to and too. I suppose we'ver been settign the bar so low over the years that we shouldn't be surprised that air-heads are paving the way for the next lot of airheads coming through. Only this morning I heard an ad using the following: "right down your alley" It wasn't a play on words or some switch to accomodate context but I do know that a client paid money to a *cough* professional copywriter for that? The sign of things to come...groan! |

Hamish Mckay and his one eyed rugby journalism is just terrible, enjoyed it when the AB's lost the world cup....the look on his face was priceless Lol. He does'nt know F@#% all about the game, just a pretender
Dubbo is an idiot, does'nt know much about boxing, really enjoyed it when Shane Cameron got dealt to by Friday the 13th Lol Dubbo's reaction was priceless, just found out is hero was made of plastic and is just an honest toiler Lol
The sky rugby league commentary team is terrible, Costo being the worst, get rid of them all, I'd rather listen to Ray Warren anytime jeez. |

Have you ever wondered that we as the public are often ill informed or mis-lead by media
For example if an article is printed in our newspapers is it really the truth, could it be used as evidence in a court proceedings...because lies sell and truth doesn't
How many inoccent people that you know have been called guilty when in fact they were innocent or worse we were all lead to believe that what was printed in our newspapers today was truth and nothing but the truth...
Have a good look and tell me who you think are credible reporters and the not so favourible ...Including our sport journalists...Don't get me started..Imagine the amount of money we could have saved if we sent reporters who knew how to or who have actually played and represented NZ in any sport instead of just passing comment that lacks thought!
Over to you NZ..I look forward to your comments |
