so now you're a pom justin. Poor attempt at diverting the focus away from you being a saffer as well as being springbokhero.
You've added thepomster to your growing list of IDs.
And I'll state again, I was born and raised right here in NZ. Proud to be, Ngati Porou.
Just so you know the score,
Any rugby team that gets absolutely raped and pillaged by the Tri Nations wooden spooners, could never be regarded as the "greatest rugby team ever". |

Oi, Zorro the Saffa and the rest of you Saffas, Wallabies, and All Losers! The Pommies are going to dominate rugby soon! Ha ha ha ha ha ha!
And Springbokheros, you're Boks are the greatest ever team in history, not the greatest nation in history - that belongs to Twickenham and the mighty conquerors! |

| Hi everyone! Thanks for the great debate! But overall, we have to stop worrying about us and the Springboks! I know some of you think we have been doing well over the last decade and we have!! No denying we have been the most in form team overall over the last 10 - 12 years. But, we havent won a world cup. South Africa have won 2 even though we were playing well in the Tri Nations. We just seem to forget to build team to win the World Cup. While those Springboks send 2nd stringers here to rest their Boks for the World Cup, we go all out to win the Tri Nations and end up the big losers again at the World Cup. When are we going to wake up and take a leaf out of the Springboks book? Remember, they dominated world rugby in the 20th century and they look set to do it once more. We MUST now start to learn from them so that we too can build a great team. And yes, there were some great teams in the past, but none have ever notched up the achievements of the current Springbok side. Their team are untouchable in the amount of trophies they've won. They beat us 3 in a row this year, the first time since 1949! I doubt any other past team would have won all the competitions like the current Springboks. They really are masters at rugby. We must stop ranting on our wins in the recent past and look at the overall picture - South Africa are world champions 2 out of 4 attempts and lead us in wins for over 85 years! We have been 2nd historically because we are not willing to learn from them. Lets get one voice across to Henry - Stop making excuses and start learning from the best! Then I hope our All Blacks can start achieving even a little bit of what the current Springboks have. Unfortunately, I must say, South Africa look set to win the next world cup AGAIN. If South Africa win again, then we know we're 2nd. So lets learn something from them, they are winning everything in the world for a reason. |

Ha ha you crazy south african lady
I cant see how you think you have a complete domination of rugby you just had the Lions tour you beat them 2-1 we had them in 2005 we beat them 3-0 and we done the grand slam the same year and again in 2008. We also have more tri nations titles to our name we have more test match wins to our name more tries and more points the way im seeing it at the moment we seem to be "dominating rugby" as you say.
But you should be proud of your team playing boring rugby of lets kick for goal all the time and not use our backs yay that's a great way to play boring.
But i will say well done on winning 2world cups to only 1 but Suzy did help you guys out with a little tainted food served up at the 1995 world cup but that is you guys down to a tee you love to cheat and play dirty!!!!!!! |

Justinklev, you have a very narrow view of rugby if you think that this SA side is the best team ever!!, but then you're probably still wet behind the ears. They're good, but I can think of SA teams of the fifties, the AB Invincibles, the Lions team of the seventies the post WWII NZ Army team and a few others who would have eaten this team of Boks for breakfast.
It's a subjective statement to make and no-one is going to be right or wrong so don't get upset if others disagree with you.
In my opinion you are talking rubbish. |

| Like I stated previously, as soon as one team/person dominates a sport, certain losers want to change the rules! It is, in my humble opinion, that we must accept that we weren't as good this year as we would have liked. We beat Australia well, but not the World Champions after 3 attempts. Henry, as the coach of our All Blacks, mst stop his ranting about rule changes, it just looks like sour grapes and is really not in the spirit of the game. If you lose, you lose and you must try to change strategy or players, not RULES. Come on Henry, you werent complaining in previous years, but now? Just stand down if you arent up to taking our country to winning ways. He should also accept that the Springboks are not world beaters for nothing, perhaps he must take a few tips from their style and just stop moaning about rugby changes, etc. |

Does anybody speak rugby on this forum? For those who don't get offended and are within the realms of reality, please enjoy the following and I await a good conversation thereafter.
Recently, I went to the test match against South Africa and really found it to be of utmost quality. The way we came back in the second half was great to watch, and even though we lost (against the greatest test side in rugby history), I felt honoured to have been there to watch such a powerful rugby machine like the Springboks. Watching our country take on South Africa and the battle of will was breathtaking. I admire the way in which we stood up to the power in world rugby. After watching the World Champions beat our team again, it was obvious to see that the Springboks are worthy of their tag as the greatest ever. It is with great admiration that I say those guys sure know how to play rugby. They're double world Champions out of 4 attempts and it was obvious why. We have much to learn from them, and if we do, I am sure our All Blacks can one day too be World Champions. |

know 42 is higher, but in our country we always want to remind the South Africans of that, but they have a point. They led that total for almost a century and now that we've been ahead for just over 10 years doesnt make us the greatest test team like them. We still have to lead them for another 80 years before we can call ourselves as good as them. But don't take anything away from us, we have been handing them some good years since they came back from ther isolation.
I'm a realist, not a do or die supporter. Just looking at the wonderful two teams in rugby - Springboks and All Blacks. Unfortunately, we still have win our first world cup - with them involved, and they have already won 2. I hope our lead over them in wins lasts, but if they overtake us again, then we would have lead for 10% of the time. Plus, they have won world cups! As long as they have won world cups and we haven't then the rest of the world will always see us as 2nd to them. Its like Brazil in soccer, we think they are the best because they've won the most world cups, nobody knows or cares about anything else really. The Rugby World Cup in 2007 became the world's 3rd biggest event, after Olympics and Soccer World Cup. South Africa are the leaders in the world cup - 2 out of 4. That is amazing seeing that they havent dominated for the last few years. The Springboks also are more clever in building teams for a world cup, even if they lose a few more, like when they sent their 2nd stringers to us in 2007 3N. That also improved our "winning" percentage, but look what happened next - we failed, they won the world cup and have now build the greatest team in history. I think, we in NZ think to much about what we've "achieved" and are not learning more from the Springboks. Like Henry saying South Africa don't play alot of rugby, which implies we do, but rugby isnt running from everywhere, and being all childish, its about men controlling play and whoever plays with the most physicality wins. |

What the fark are you two saffas on about, or are you the same person having a coversation with yourself.
ABs historically 2nd best to the boks??????
Might want to check your facts before posting bullsh!t up
78 games, ABs 42 wins, boks have 33, and 3 draws
I know you probably never made it past primary school maths but 42 is a higher number than 33.
Justin you aint fooling anyone ya knob - we know you are a saffa, your posts are ob |

May I agree? I know historically we are 2nd best, but you guys were given some good matches by us.
Well done on you rugby stature. Just remember that there's more to life than being the best at a sport.
The Springboks have one weakness - they want to prove even more, even when the are known to be the greatest rugby nation.
Our All Blacks aim to one day, maybe in the next couple of decades get within range of the Springbok status, but I know it will be hard for us to beat South Africa.
We've done it before, and when the world's greatest test team retires, I think the Springboks might be in trouble. |

You little losers!
South Africa, Champions.
Of course, you're gonna respond.
The only way any of you All Blackies can make any point is not to respond.
As soon as you respond it proves my point - You can't accept our complete domination of rugby. Especially our domination of you.
But don't worry, you've historically been 2nd and will be in the future too, so why worry, it's who you are - always 2nd best.
Now respond.....please! |

We're right Zorro, I also think thats the truth.
It's just that the rest of the world thinks the Springboks have the greatest team in the history of rugby, even our own past legends. I still think though that they have had better teams in the past.
But well done South Africa on your recent return to the top of world rugby. I hope you the Springboks are not going to dominate for too long! |
