Don’t you mean Australia vs. Ireland? Tim Horan threw a bad pass that led to a Gordon Hamilton runaway try, one of the great tries of World Cup history. Evidently Michael Lynagh scored moments after to win Australia the game 19-18 on the full time whistle. When asked about where they got the move from that led to the try Lynagh replied, “It was the same move we tried 400 times during the game.”
