| It is not physically taxing at all Putionz, it is however mentally draining and stressful none the less, it is what I get paid to do, I do not posess the skill, the physique and natural ability of any of the AB's, hence the reason I do what I do...but that is what I do, and playing rugby is what the AB's do. If you think for a minute that I dont appreciate that Graham and the AB's are hurting alot more than I, you are very mistaken, I feel for the guys, but the fact still remains that a coach brings with him a certain culture, this culture will influence the very nature of how the team plays, and how they react in pressure situations, what be brought I am afraid was just not good enough because sad but true(I have stated earlier I hate this fact), that "single bloody cup" has become the single most important piece of silverware in rugby, everything else is just secondary and that blows chunks |

| as we all know we learn from our experiences and mistakes. Just like all of us Graham Henry is a person, do you think that by booting our coach will help us to be better all blacks no, facing the challenge and being brave and determined is what Graham brings to the All Blacks. |

| I don't consider sitting on my butt in front of a monitor to be anything close to physically taxing as playing or training in Rugby. There's beeen so much over simplification of what was essentially bad decision making compounded with circumstances out of everyone's control eg. the standard of officiating. on the day in one game. Aghain we get an opportunity to look at the ugly side of peopel who call themselves Supporters. What I've read and heard today makes me question how anyone in this country can call themself a true supporter when everything has been this obssession over a single bloody cup. |

| The All Blacks were given 6million dollars to bring home the bacon...they didn't!!! Rugby aint what is for sure, it is a business. What would happen to a CEO if he lost 6mill of his company? Shit has happened and shit should happen! |

What confuses me about some of the comments here is that people keep talking about Henry like he was the saviour of NZ rugby, like he took over from an underperforming AB team where we were losing constantly form Mitchell's era, check the stats, I think Mitchell's record with the AB's is better than Henrys!
I dont know about u guys, but sometimes I get a bit flat at my job, my boss doesn't tell me to take off 3 months and recondition. Henry deprived us of a real S14, it was farcical without the AB's, and as a result for the first time an SA team won. He has done nothing but divide the nation on his views for the master plan, and where has it got us...back at square 1, only this time we didn't even make the semis, and we dont have S14 title. I hate the fact that NZ coaches are judged solely on how the AB's perform at the WC, but it was quite clear when he took the job that this is just the way it is...as it was for Mitchell and Hart before him. |

| I agree with your comments, the IRB has to do something to make the world cup a more even and a way more interesting competition. As for Henry, and his coaching team they are the best we have had for a long time we would be fools to let them get away and you can bet they would be snapped up in the blink of an eye if the NZRFU were stupid enough to let them go. |

| i agree coach henry should stay. everyones saying that his ideas didnt work....i beg to differ. when coach henry came bak he took the MIB bak to the top of theyre game. his ideas about rotation are good as well. however the two ideas i didnt agree with were the conditioning programme and the selection of players. we obviously struggled at the midfield position and for him to pull muliaina from fullback left a big gap that mcdonald couldnt fill. im guttered like everyone and i feel cheated. maybe the MIB really are cursed |

| fair call, how can a team win when the ref is only watching one team. the real score of that game would of been 18 to 6 but who knows if luke didnt get sent off the all blacks could of started the roll that they were starting and really spanked the french. |

| Revisit this: Henry was referred to as a control freak. How much of a control freak can you be if there are two other people on staff. There's obviously some sort of consensus workng and I think that because I doubt Hansen or Smith would happily stay on with Henry telling them how to do their job. What do you reckon? |

Henry must go...
all this rotation, conditioning programme, WAGS on tour, big weekly holiday for players before french game was a joke..
Henry blew it with selections.. taking Leonard and ellis
ahead of weepu was outrageous.
Game plan against French was flawed..
we played the french at their game.. continually kickin possession away in the first half was not our style.
What happened to the stragey of set pieces, 1st phase 2nd phase lookin for opportunities.. this was sadley missin against the french |

Why not keep Henry but do what we did to the CAVALIERS.
We grew from that, I think teams should be changed every four years.
If you have some who are really playing out of their skin keep them for their experience, but blood as many as possible. |

The Team are fine and worked great together.
The fact is We did lose because of the refs terrible calls. They only scored when he wrongly sent Luke off They scored again off a blatant forward pass. They were offside constantly. Jeeze Who do YOU blame for refs crap calls?
It cost the ABs the game yet You blame Henry? Get over it |

| the rotation policy is a good thing. remember last world cups with injuries in key positions. My view is the loss could be put down to 2 things. We took 2 players to RWC that were injured; Conrad Smith and Keith Robinson. We should have taken others in best form as it didnt work out with Conrad and we ended up with Mils playing out of his best position. Second we lost because the players were not given enough game time in the lead up to RWC. Even if you accept the players withheld from Super 14 (which I disagreed with), I cant accept all the players not turning out in the Air NZ cup for as many games as the timeframe allowed. We knew we had a soft pool, the AB's were not ready for the intensity of the finals. |

Yes Henry must stay
At the end of the year every body knows that half the team is exiting new zealand to go and play overseas for more money, we have four to develop a new first xv ready for the world cup 2011
He has done remarkable well for the all blacks since taking over from mitchell and should be allowed to work his magic for another four years until the next world cup
Instead of critising him bring new ideas or tatics into the game and let him run with it |

| Why blame the coach or the team, The whole loss is accountable to the Pommy *** that was referring the game. ABs wheeled scrum and French got the ball back, Luke got sin binned for NO reason, Forward pass for winning try. Ridiculous that there isnt something done about the poor referring. This is an international grade that they put a primary grade ref to do job. Why not blame the IRB? The ABs are awesome and so is Henry. Im so bemused that NZ is blaming the coach and saying ABs played badly. What total BS They won, the ref is either Stupid and not know the rules or he got paid cause England didnt want to play the best team. Im not even blaming France It is the ref and touchys job to pull up forward passes and offsides and he could have used the replay upstairs. THE REF is THE REASON WE ARE OUT, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT. IT IS A FACT. |

| We wouldn't even be having this conversation if the ref and touch judges were up to speed. Lets face it, we are notorious for laying blame to the coaches when we lose but with a different ref on the day ...who knows..?! And we sure wouldn't look at ditching Henry had we been sucessful! Sad day when 3 + years work can come down to luck (or not) of the draw. I for one have enjoyed watching the All Blacks strut their stuff and am sad that its over and we are losing so many of the team to overseas. |

Henry must stay.
Woodward had been coach for a number of years before England won it.
Why not give Henry more years? We seem to be the only country with coaches given short stints when they've failed to win in past cup campaigns. |

| could not agree more. You need to look further up the chain as to who was instrumental in his appointment and agreed to the process.Who ever is head of the rugby union should not tender his resignation but he should resign and send a clear message that we start again from scratch |
