Totally agree with that with Henry staying. Lets be smart about this NZ - Henry knows the players well after 4yrs, give him another 4yrs to condition them and bring in fresh blood that will gel with the existing. It's a home soil campaign might I remind everyone and we need the experience of Henry in there to build the team. It has been our problem that when we loose we dump the coach, then a whole new coach comes in and has to learn the players psyche all over again, and the players are then taken thru someone else's version of coaching. We need consistency in the coaching style to get consistency out of our players - Henry has learnt a few things from this campaign so lets capitalise on Henry's experience and tenure to pull thru the home soil campaign. Everyone looks for consistency from the All Blacks - if that is the case then lets keeping coaching consistent so that the All Blacks can get to that level of consistency we are looking for from them - especially going into a NZ campaign. Lets make 2011 our year - just let Henry continue his thing.
GO GRAHAM HENRY ALL BLACKS 2011!! |

| I think Henry deserve to have another shot on the world cup I personally think that Kevin Mealamu and Chris Jack should off start on this game and Sione Lauaki on the bench but I think with another chance Henry is gonna make no mistake of wot happen plus he's the best coach the All Black's ever had and all the achieve he's done. |

| They should go see u later aligator... the problem is when Hart and Henry where selected as coaches they were allowed to do whatever they wanted to do with the team. When Mains, Wyllie and Smith had the job they were told what to do. What you need is mana get the opposition to respect the Black jersey on and off the field. Deans and Gatland as AB coaches with Buck Shelford as manager, now that mana.I hope the team all come back as a team and not repeat what they did in 1999 haha the coach didnt even come home until his holiday was over. if this happens then the fans will go wild. |

| I think that was in the context of how they worked towards this disaster of a game. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. I'm sure he would probably revisit elements of his philosophy that may have proven the AB's undoing but let's get real the players really have to bear some of the responsibility for execution. If they dump Henry Then I reckon McCaw should lose his captaincy. Does that sound right? no? well then there's an issue. |

| I sort of agree that Henry should stay but then it worried me that during the press conference he said that he still thinks he wouldn't do anything differently if he tries again. With that I think a new coach is a must. |

| keep the coach and as many of this team as possible.....they took the risk of playing the game like they were in heaven, a style no-one else dares play......awesome to watch...we are light years ahead of everyone, ref needs a pair of glasses and a kick in the pants both front and back.....idiot! |

| Hi all.Well it happened again aye.I personally feel henry and co should be retained as the coaches(if they so choose). We did'nt lose because of the players or coaches.we lost because of a forward pass that was'nt picked up by any of the officials, thats it plain and simple.I do however feel that the IRB needs to break the cup comp into two.The top 12 nations play for the Webb Ellis cup,and the other 12 nations can play for the Webb Ellis plate.at least this way every game you play will be a genuine test and you will be ready for the knock out stages.Richie and the boys,I feel for you's,hold your heads high boys,it was a bad call by the officials and thats all it was..to the nz public,go easy on them, they represent all that is good in the game they play in heaven..Rob. |

Henry is a good coach. Yes
NZ have the best team. Yes
NZ lost because of too much rotating and not using the best team to their full potential. Stop this rotating business and saving good players for something that might not happen. |

| Maybe giving coaches the heave-ho for failng to get the cup has been our problem. When NZ win... it's the team. When NZ lose it's... the coach. That's insane. I reckon Henry should be given a second go to tale care of this one last detail. He's dealt to everything else and form where I stand this is probably the only REAL blight under his tenure. Experience I think especially something like this will work for him and perhaps put paid to rotation and keep the top players genuinely honest. |
