| Not really a coincidence...but the whole Springboks team were NOT included in those SA teams either. All I ask is to let us have confidence in the super 14 BECAUSE we conquered it, just as you have confidence in the Tri Nations, BECAUSE you won that tournament. |

please tell me that u dont think it was just a coincidence that the AB's weren't playing for their teams for half the season and we ended up with 2 SA teams in the final?
I am not saying they did not play well, but if the Crusaders, Blues & Hurricanes had of had their AB's players available ALL season the SA teams MAY NOT have got themselves in such a good position at that time of the season. Now that it has happened though, I look forward to a season which should have lots of "spice" as the NZ teams try to reassert their dominance of past seasons. |

| Just as you ABs supporters are confident that you will be winning the Tri Nations next year, allow us SA supporters to be confident that WE WILL CONQUER THE SUPER 14 AGAIN!! both SA teams in the finals. Seems you tend to ignore that fact. |

| Yes mate, the Tri Nations will be a true world championship. When the ABs won in 87, it took 39 games before someone beat them. Aussies in 91 lost their first game after the cup to NZ. Can't remember he boks in 95, still had stomach cramps. Aussies crumbled again next time around and the English were too scared. The Lions came and got slaughtered. So leave the refs home, and bring everything they got in 2011, we are going to be hard to beat.Congrats to the Boks, but they only played in the "B" section surely. Cheers. |

Now if only we can convince/remind the bok supporters of this minor little fact history shows and send them back to the shitpile of their mindless drivel.
Man. reading some of the crap they post makes me wonder if I have actually left them behind in that country or did they follow me here. Where do I have to go get away from such drivel? |

No mate.. you must earn No 1 status thru consistancy, not a rwc win and nothing else after that in between RWC.
Their own coach admitted the easy run they had... so who am I to argue with him. I dont care what the IRB declares... I look at the wins & losses facts that history show us. There is only one team there with more wins than loses and the boks aint one of them.
The only good thing about this win for the boks is that it does a lot for the morale of the people of SA who otherwise have to endure bad news after bad news every day.
This is a good change ...for a week or two and then its back to normal. |

You bok supporters may feel overjoyed at being "ranked " as No 1 in the world, but its gonna be quite another to actually prove it against the real teams like Assie and the true no1 team...wait for it ..AB's.
You see you have to look at the number of games played and lost ratio and you cannot argue the stats. AB's win 9 out of 10 games. Boks win 1 out of 10 games.
The rwc trophy makes you a tournament winner, Not a No 1 ranked Team. FOR YOU thats only on paper. Come and play and stay winning to earn that status, like the AB's have consistantly done.(KEY WORD--CONSISTANTCY) ok...I know..its not in your alphabet
So now you won the rwc after 12 yrs of a losing streak.
Next year in the TRI-nations the pressure will be on you to prove you are indeed the No 1 team when you play the real No 1 team (AB's).
Now the other kiwis here might not know this but the boks have a pattern that even their own supporters fear but will not mention. They become very cock sure( like some bok supporters I see)and talk big & bold until the crunch time. The EXPECTED loss they suffer puts them back in their place at the bottom of the shit pile of their own mindless drivel!AND YOU GO BACK TO YOUR DISILLUSIONED HOLES until your next win where we AB's will have to say this to you all over again... |

| He was great kicker of the ball too wasn't he? I wonder why he would want to live in old segregated South Africa? As a kid I thought what a legend but I quickly cut that loose when I grew up and my eyes were opened to an openly Racist regime that prevailed in your country and Don Clarke leaving New Zealand for that? I'm sorry but ol' Don scratched his digger points in my book. All you coneheads can stick together and well-the-hell away from Aotearoa. I don't give a sh!t what some old racist fart has to say that frankly the rest of us have heard from you already. |

| Or we could also enjoy what is good in the game and the tournament. At no point in time will anybody be happy with the state of the game, improvent will always be sought. If the tournament and the game is so poor - then why watch it and why both to comment about it......Pass me your glass, I will fill the other half up for you. |

| Well lets hope that dont happen, they should get in on talent and thats all. And everyone hates the Aussies, not just you guys, I support 2 teams, the ABs and anyone playing the Ozzies. Well done Bokkes. My wife is South African. She has been humble in victory. |

Herewith the exceprt from rugbyworldcup.com. SA only needed to win to get top spot.
PARIS, 15 October - There will be more at stake on Saturday than the Webb Ellis Cup - South Africa and England could leap to top spot in the world rankings by winning the world cup final at the Stade de France.
In the latest rankings announced by the IRB on Monday, South Africa have moved up one spot to second following their semi-final victory over Argentina on Sunday.
England have risen three places to third, their highest position since February last year, following their win over hosts France, who drop two places to fourth.
South Africa needs only to defeat England to assume the No.1 ranking.
If England win by 15 points or fewer they will go second behind New Zealand, but if they win by more than 15 points they will be cap a meteoric rise this tournament by claiming the top spot.
Sunday’s semi-final defeat meant the Pumas dropped two places to sixth.
There have been no other movements in the rankings this week. Beaten quarter-finalists New Zealand (1) and Australia (5) retain their places, Ireland (7), Scotland (8), Fiji (9) and Wales complete the top 10. |

| Of cos we love to beat the All Blacks (who doesnt), but if truth be told........SA loves to beat AUS more(in any code of sport be it swimming, cricket, rugby etc)..Aus is just hated here in SA, frankly if Aus played NZ in final we would have backed NZ! The reason why i say watch out for SA, is becos of Jake White. This man is astounding as coach. Of cos, if politics gets in the way, and we must come up with a team of 13 blacks and two whites, then we can flush whatever he did down the loo! |

| The IRB look at the big picture, not just the last few games. Can you imagine the back lash when they play next, the frustration will all come out. I sure as hell wouldnt want to be playing them next up. |
