Blackhawkthunder. I would advise you to stay where you are. Why do you think NZers are going over to oz in their droves. We are a diplomatic elected dictatorship. IE Everyone over the age of 18 gets to vote for the dictator they want to govern for the next 3 yrs. We are 30 yrs behind in technology. In my short life time of 37yrs I have seen an awesome country go to rack and ruin by a bunch of PC wimps that like to sugar coat the truth and blur reality. Crime spirals out of control (2nd highest incarceration rate per capita in the world) because everyone thinks that harsh jail sentences are mean. We reward the criminals and persecute the victims. We are the butt of jokes around the world and I suggest you watch the programme -The Flight Of The Concords - to see the general Kiwi and how sophisticated he is.
We seem to be a country of alcoholics and druggies, child beaters/killers and you cannot tell the difference between the feral bush pig and alot of our women, who have unjustifiably high opinions of themselves. |

The reality of this world that we live in "right now" is that many Peoples live together. It is too easy to say this group of people are this way, and that group of people fall under that stereotype. Instead of becoming sick with anger (which I guarantee you I know, as does my family and my ancestors) a person must adapt and change. Just as our lives change, so does that of cultures, societies, countries, and Mother Earth herself. On one hand I am so very sad that eventually most races of people will no longer exist, which includes whites. We are absorbing one another and our cultures. On the other hand, it is a reality, and we should at least try to look at the beauty and the good that other folks have to offer.
One thing that will ALWAYS be common ground is Cashola. That crop of what we Americans call Greenbacks. A unit of exchange. I have white people in my family and I have Choctaw. Even within my family there are racial problems. Indians are usually seen as dirty, lazy trash. The Mississippi Choctaw, my family, however, have become a wealthy tribe because they have adapted and learned to flow within a white society - contributing to the economy and reaping its benefits. If the user on here can just accept the fact that life is continuing and as long as other peoples are contributing to this evolving market, than life may be a little easier.
Are we a sell out? H3ll no. Try living in poverty and sending your children to schools that teach nothing to get along in this world. Having piss poor medical care. No future to look forward to but early death from diseases such as diabetes. To get along in this world you must get along with one another. This is a long winded conversation for many other threads on here, but when people want to enter a new society they generally are doing it because they see something positive in the place that they want to relocate. Most people that will do this are eager to contribute. |

I assumed that you were middle aged redneck, but I see that you are actually from my own town. I live in St Helliers myself and am somewhat disappointed that there are people like you in Auckland. I also see that you refer to yourself as a "professional". Tell me genius does your firm accept people who still can’t spell right when corrected for a second time that turban is spelt with an 'A' not an 'I'. Like I stated before, the Chinese and Indian migrants coming to New Zealand are coming here with a lot of money. Unfortunately it is our "own" people who “bludge”. |

Im born and bred in New Zealand. I am a true New Zealander with only a small percentage of immigrant European blood in me. At the end of the day i view chinese, punjabs, and europeans all the same. The difference is that these new arrivals have more money than the immigrant pakehas that have been here longer. Pakeha have no right to tell others to leave when they are themselves immigrants. |

What do you mean our state homes? I lease two of my houses to HNZ . They are my state houses not yours. I actually prefer people wioth turbans, they at least pay rent on time. |

| Definetly give the eastern suburbs of auckland or titirangi (west auckland) a go. They are far enough out of the city and generally have nice homes much akin to the eastern suburbs of sydney. If you want to be more isolated and har far fewer people and traffic than the south island is ideal for you. Just keep in mind that it gets sheep sh@gginly cold down there. |
